The solution
For the campaign a digital film was created using De Beers’ extensive archive of photographs and videos with a bold and stylistic text overlay.
The objective
De Beers wanted to celebrate their anniversary to showcase their legacy as the biggest diamond company in the world. De Beers wanted to show to their customers that buying a diamond from De Beers you can have confidence that the diamond is conflict free and generates lasting positive impact on the communities where the diamonds are extracted.
To start the project a mood board and style frames were created. I wanted to find a style that is elegant and talks about De Beers’ wealthy history and of their technological achievements in the past decades. Tradition and Innovation going hand in hand.
